DMFA AWARDS 2023 VOTERS

All the entries are in and it is now time to select the winner of the DMFA Awards. The voting is virtual.

Your opinion counts!

Each member organization can vote once in each category. This year multiple people from one organization can vote  as long as they are a DMFA member and each person votes in a different category.  We understand accidents happen, so if any of the categories have multiple votes from one organization, we will only count the first vote as valid. Subsequent votes will be removed.

It is easy to vote. You will receive an email with information on how to log into the system.

  1. Preview all the entries here
  2. Link over to the judging portal to select ONE winner from each category.

All votes are due by May 12.

DMFA Awards Rules

One member from each member organization will vote for an outstanding package in one of seven categories: Direct Mail Acquisition, Renewal, Mid-Level Renewal, Digital Acquisition, Digital Renewal, Stewardship, and Multichannel. Mid-Level Renewal is for appeals specifically targeted to donors at the $100+ giving level. Entries in the mid-level renewal group are limited to renewal mailings that are only sent to this targeted dollar group. Judges will be given a workbook listing all entries and their performance statistics. All DMFA Members can vote as long as there is not more than one vote per category from the same organization. All voting is done online by May 12.

The ballots will be tabulated by DMFA board members prior to the event. A First Place and Runner Up winner will be announced for each of the seven categories. The entry that receives the most votes will also be named the DMFA AWARD winner.
Runners up will receive a cash award of $150 for the nonprofit of their choice. First place winners will receive a cash award of $350 for their nonprofit and will be invited to present their winning entries at a webinar on October 4, 2023. All winners will receive a plaque commemorating their achievement.
